Our coffee will only ever be single origin, high altitude Brazilian arabica. Sourced from the best and most sustainable farms we know.
This means no mixing of thousands of different beans from different sources, no blends of any kind, no expresso with silly names, no nonsense.
Our love affair with coffee is as much about the journey as it is about the coffee. It represents the people, the culture, and the hard work of the growers, and that is something to treasure.
